Task Groups
Liverpool First partnership contains three task groups, which report into the Executive Advisory Group.
The task groups focus on three key areas:
Each task group is chaired by a Cabinet Member responsible for that area in the City Council. The groups each comprise membership from a range of people who have responsibility or specialisms within their own organisations for the three issue areas and so can bring demonstrable experience and expertise to the groups.
The groups have a 'task and finish' agenda and each have responsibility for driving through actions and outcomes based on the strategies that underpin each of the three key areas.
