Liverpool First Executive Team

Led by its Director, our Executive Team continues to support Liverpool First. During 2006-2007 this has led to the reshaping of the partnership into a Forum and an Executive.

We have produced a Local Area Agreement (LAA) and are now helping the Strategic Issue Partnerships to review their own structures to make sure they are able to support the delivery of services and achieve the many targets which the LAA lists.

Just as the partnership has changed its structure in recent years, we have been making changes in our team too. We are adapting ourselves as necessary to support the various inter-linked themes within the LAA. We want to find the best ways to achieve targets and outcomes which many people and organisations are working towards. We are also doing what we can to make sure that services, and improvements to those services, happen as quickly as possible.
