The Executive Team continues to support the partnership by maintaining thorough communications to partners, arranging capacity building events, managing performance and aiding in the development of strategy.

We have produced the Local Area Agreement (LAA) 2008-11, and the city's Sustainable Community Strategy, 'Liverpool 2024: a thriving international city'. We are also assisting the Strategic Issue Partnerships to review their own structures to make sure they are able to support the delivery of services and achieve targets set out in the LAA.

Just as the partnership has changed its structure in recent years, we have been making changes in our team too. We are adapting ourselves as necessary to support the various inter-linked themes in Liverpool 2024. We want to find the best ways to achieve targets and outcomes which many people and organisations are working towards.

We are also doing what we can to make sure that services, and improvements to those services, happen as quickly as possible.
