Our Team 

Liverpool First is supported by a small team of people who are responsible for supporting partners to deliver the City's vision.  We receive funding from our partners that helps us deliver our role.

Our main functions include:

• To organise Liverpool First meetings and ensure papers are received on time, and that actions have been delivered;
  
• Letting our partners on the Liverpool First Executive Board, Liverpool First Forum and our five Strategic Issue Partnerships know what's happening across the partnership; 
  
• Working with partners to pull together City level documents including the Local Area Agreement, the Sustainable Communities Strategy and the City's Community Cohesion Plan;
  
• Work with partners to reduce duplications in service delivery and therefore save money;
  
• To provide performance reports so we can demonstrate progress against Liverpool First targets;
  
• Provide a way for people who live, work, study or visit Liverpool to have their say on how we can improve our City.
