Liverpool First Forum (LFF) 

Liverpool First Forum is a large and inclusive group who meet at least twice a year, in conference-style events. The Forum is chaired by the Leader of the Council, Warren Bradley. The membership and terms of reference for the Liverpool First Forum are set out below.

Terms of Reference

Liverpool First Forum provides an effective dialogue within Liverpool First on the big issues affecting the future of the City of Liverpool:

  • It acts as the broad, inclusive, consultative, strategic forum for Liverpool;
  • It takes an overview and scrutiny role of strategic issues relating to the economic, social and environmental regeneration and well being of the City;
  • It ensures that its respective organisations, agencies and key partners at a strategic level encourage and promote joint working and the achievement of the Liverpool First Sustainable Community Strategy;
  • It considers Liverpool First's annual work programme;
  • It receives information from the Liverpool First Executive Board of the actions being taken by Liverpool First.
