Liverpool First Executive Board

 

The Liverpool First Executive Board (LFEB)

The Liverpool First Executive Board meet every two months.  They are the decision making group, driving and coordinating delivery through Liverpool First, its Strategic Issue Partnerships (SIPs) and Liverpool’s Local Area Agreement (LAA).
 

Terms of Reference

The Liverpool First Executive Board focus on the delivery of actions to address the strategic issues relating to the economic, social and environmental regeneration and well being of the City:

  • It defines and agrees the strategic policy direction for Liverpool First to be implemented through the Strategic Issue Partnerships (SIPs)
  • It ensures the implementation of the Liverpool First annual programme, the Liverpool First Sustainable Community Strategy, Local Development Framework and Local Area Agreement
  • It ensures the effective co-ordination and joint working of all the key strategic agencies in the City
  • It develops and co-ordinates policies and joint initiatives to secure the regeneration of Liverpool and the best delivery of services
  • It develops and shares information, knowledge and examples of good practice
  • It reports on progress to the Liverpool First Forum.
