As the Chair of Liverpool First and Leader of Liverpool City Council, I am proud to welcome you to our website. 

Liverpool First, Liverpool's Local Strategic Partnership, is an organistion that brings together the private, public, voluntary and faith sectors to find and deliver new ways of working together to develop our city.  Our aim is to develop our city to achieve our vision, and to improve the quality of life for all.

Liverpool First is a driving force for regeneration, uniting the key agencies at the forefront of our city's development.  

Our Partnership is accountable to the people of Liverpool. We set the strategic direction for our city, but also take ownership for the delivery of meaningful outcomes.  We want to make Liverpool a better place to live, work, study and visit.
