Liverpool First - Executive Advisory Group

 

In July 2007, Liverpool First Executive Board established an Executive Advisory Group (EAG) which reports directly to the Board.

The Executive Advisory Group (EAG) is the operational group delegated to drive the following agendas:

  • Ensure cross-strategic partnership working
  • Strategic performance management
  • Recommend outcomes and priorities to LFEB
  • Establish common working protocols
  • Drive cross-thematic working on specific subjects
  • Narrowing the gap (spatial and communities of interest)

The EAG has sub groups for Community Cohesion, Culture and Environment.

Secretariat

Liverpool First Executive team to facilitate and service the meetings and ensure actions are carried out and reports are presented to the Board for approval / decision / information.

Frequency of meetings

It is anticipated the EAG will meet every 8 weeks but additional meetings may be called as necessary to fit in with work programme deadlines.
